Before arrival in the Republic of Belarus:

Conclude an agreement for training

Make the tuition payment in accordance with the terms of the agreement and

send a financial document confirming payment of tuition

Send a copy of the arrival ticket to the Republic of Belarus

Upon arrival in the Republic of Belarus, a foreign citizen must:

Submit the following documents to the educational institution within 3 days:

An application (to be completed at the educational institution)

The original document on education with the list of subjects studied and grades (points)

Passport with a visa valid for the period of training. The passport should be valid for at least 90 days after your planned departure from the Republic of Belarus

For juveniles – a copy of the birth certificate

A medical certificate about the state of health issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate is coming to study. This medical certificate must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue

A medical certificate stating a HIV negative status. This medical certificate must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate/Document or a PCR test

An open return airline ticket from the Republic of Belarus (for programmes of vocational courses, advanced training, internships)

Conclude an agreement for accommodation and pay for accommodation in the dormitory (to be completed at the educational institution)

Pass the registration at the Department of Citizenship and Migration
